**DraGon's Data Deletion Request Process**

As a user of our app, Active Tribe, developed by DraGon, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate the process.

**Steps to Request Account Deletion**

1. Visit the following URL: www.activetribe.com/delete-account (This URL is specific to our app Active Tribe and developer DraGon, as featured on our Google Play store listing.)

2. Once there, you will find a form to submit your deletion request. 

3. Please input your account details correctly, including the email address associated with your account.

4. Upon completion, submit the form.

**What Happens After You Submit Your Request**

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email within 72 hours to confirm the receipt of your deletion request. Following this, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data. Please note, it may take up to 30 days to complete the deletion process.

**Types of Data That Are Deleted and Kept**

Upon a successful deletion request, we will permanently delete your account data. This includes your account information (name, email address, and profile picture), event data (created events, participation records), and communication data (messages sent or received).

In compliance with legal obligations, certain types of data may be retained for a specific period, even after your account is deleted. These include, but are not limited to, transaction records for financial auditing purposes, and any data necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

**Retention Period**

Any data retained for legal and compliance purposes will be held for as long as necessary under applicable laws and regulations, typically 7 years. Please note that during this time, your data will be kept secure and will not be used for any purpose other than for compliance with legal obligations.
